A 50% cancelation fee will be charged automatically for any no-show or failed attempts to cancel with in 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This also applies to clients who wish to change their mind on color/services last minute. Please understand, I reserve my time and prepare myself ahead of time for your services, and if you fail to notify of any wishes to change anything about your appointment without enough time, I may not be able to accommodate your change and will have to charge for lost time and product.
